Apartment life and the big backyard

Here's the backyard of the apartment. There's a patio on the 3rd floor. It isn't used much, so Kirsten put some potted plants up there.

Foreground: a field for growing something or another.

Background: an army barracks. They have rifle or pistol practice there from time to time during the week. The shots aren't too loud, but they're there.
